  • 500 gms. Chicken/Mutton/Vegetable (Boneless or with Bone)
  • Curd (125 gms)
  • Onion (250 gms)
  • Tomato (150 gms)
  • Potato (175 gms)
  • 1 1/2 table spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Cooking Oil (150 gms)
  • Basmati Rice (375-500 gms)
  • salt as per taste and Jaffson Yellow Biryani Masala (40 gms)

Cooking Method

(1) Marinate Chicken / Mutton / Vegetable, curd ginger paste, fine chopped tomato or tomato puri, salt and Jaffson Yellow Biryani Masala for 1 to 2 hours. (2) Fry fine chopped onions in cooking oil till it becomes brown (barista) and after it gets cool, grind it in the mixer. (3) Mix the marinated ingredients with barista and cook on high flame for 5 minutes and low flame for 15-20 minutes. Add potatoes after 10 minutes. If your gravy becomes thick your biryani masala is ready. (4) Take 375-500 gms. boiled basmati rice in more water and drain excess water if you want to make layer of rice. Keep the ready Biryani Masala at the bottom and rice on top and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. (5) Now your Yellow Pulao Biryani is ready to eat. Enjoy with salad.
