MATERIALS

  • 500 gms Chicken (Boneless or with Bone)
  • Curd (125 gms)
  • Onion (150 gms)
  • Tomato (100 gms)
  • 2 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Malai / Mawa / Fresh Cream (100 gms)
  • Cooking Oil (150 gms)
  • 1 Big Piece of Coal
  • Salt As Per Taste and Jaffson Chicken Angara Masala (40 gms)

Cooking Method

(1) Marinate chicken, curd, ginger garlic paste, salt and Jaffson Chicken Angara Masala for 30 minutes. (2) Fry fine chopped onions in cooking oil till it becomes brown (barista) and then grind it with tomatoes and malai / mawa / fresh cream. Mix the marinated ingredients with the grinded paste and cook for 10 -15 minutes on low flame. (3) Now fully heat the coal and put it in sever (channi) and keep the server (channi) in ready chicken angara gravy and put two tea spoon of cooking oil on coal and cover it. After 5 minutes remove the piece of coal. (4) Now your Chicken Angara is ready to eat. Enjoy with Tandoori Roti or Naan. 

Ingredients :  Red Chilly, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew, Cumin, Corriander, Fennel, Turmeric, Salt, Large Cardamon, Cinnamon, Black Pepper.
